Global Email Marketing Specialist – (m/f/d)

For our company at the Hamburg location, we are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) for a permanent position (full-time). With over 900 employees, the KNF Group is the global technology leader for diaphragm pumps and systems for moving gases and liquids. As the KNF Digital Acceleration Center, we are responsible for implementing digital projects for the KNF Group worldwide. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development of our global Email Marketing strategy in collaboration with marketing experts and international stakeholders
• Planning, conceptualization, and execution of global campaigns – including newsletters, trade show invitations, product launches, and trigger-based emails  
• Audience segmentation and creation of concepts for personalized communication  
• Continuous testing and optimization to improve open and engagement rates  
• Campaign tracking, result analysis, reporting, and derivation of actionable recommendations  
• Close collaboration with CRM, marketing, and sales teams, including stakeholder communication  
• Advancement of direct marketing platforms in cooperation with technical experts  
• Coordination of external partners and agencies – reliable, structured, and on equal footing 

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in Economics, Online Marketing, or a similar field.
• You have at least three years of experience in Email Marketing, ideally in a B2B environment, and understand the requirements of this channel.
• Ideally, you have already worked with Salesforce and Inxmail and know how to successfully implement campaigns
• You think conceptually, work in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in complex projects.
• You are proficient in project management tools like Monday, Jira, and Confluence, and manage projects efficiently and systematically.
• You have a strong affinity for digital topics and are passionate about automating and digitizing processes.
• You communicate confidently in English and enjoy working in an international environment.
• You like taking responsibility and feel comfortable in a small, dedicated team.
