The RE 212 FW-G rotary evaporator offers a user-friendly interface and a small footprint to save valuable bench space. Bundled with a LABOPORT® SC vacuum pump system, it provides an easy-to-use, reliable and environmentally compliant laboratory solution featuring the option of safe and intuitive remote control and an accessible, robust and reliable design.
Reliable and Easy to Use
Rotary evaporators must meet the highest standards for concentrating solutions containing mild to highly aggressive chemicals. With the launch of the new RE 212 FW-G rotary evaporator, users now have even more advantages.
Intuitive controls with digital displays on the evaporator, water bath and oil bath provide at-a-glance information and allow easy adjustment of parameters such as rotation speed and water bath temperature. The easily replaceable evaporator flask can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise at speeds from 5 to 315 rpm. Robust and chemical-resistant vacuum seals keep the system reliable at all times.
Space-saving Setup
With easy manual height adjustment and the ability to position the rotation drive to allow the flask to be placed on the left or right side, the new rotary evaporators can not only be set up to meet individual user requirements but can also be placed side by side to save valuable space.
Designed With Safety in Mind
For maximum safety with a wide range of chemicals, the evaporation process of the RE 212 FW-G can be intuitively controlled with the wireless touchscreen remote control of the LABOPORT® SC vacuum pump system, even when the fume hood is closed. When placed on a bench top, an optional protective cover provides additional shielding while allowing easy access to the flask and heating bath. Furthermore, the user-friendly, robust and reliable design of the rotary evaporator makes it ideal for multi-user operation.
