International Online Marketing Specialist - Performance Marketing (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Consulting our international country subsidiaries regarding individual online marketing measures.  
• Conception, implementation and monitoring of global performance marketing campaigns.  
• Development of the performance marketing strategy and derivation of concrete measures for our webshop (e.g. search, social, display, affiliate).  
• Creation of individual analyses, reports and data dashboards for our stakeholders
• Maintenance of our global ads accounts  
• Campaign controlling as well as continuous development and testing of new formats
• Optimization of user flows on our website
• Close cooperation with the eCommerce, (Online) Marketing and Sales departments  
• Coordination of external partners and agencies

YOUR SKILLS

• You have a degree, e.g. in marketing, business administration, economics, media management, communications or comparable courses of study.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in performance marketing (agency, company or retailer).
• You have a strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• You have experience in project management and manage topics holistically from planning to implementation to evaluation.
• You are confident in using campaign and analysis tools (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Matomo, Tag Manager).  
• You speak very good English and are looking forward to international collaboration.
• You work proactively and have a hands-on mentality.
• You like to take responsibility and feel at home in small teams.
