Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Support in the development of digital CRM processes
• Administration and daily operation of our Salesforce environment
• Creating concepts and analyses for the prioritization and implementation of new requirements in the Salesforce Sales Cloud  
• Taking responsibility for the implementation of change and feature requests in coordination with an external service provider
• Continuous testing and debugging of existing applications and data
• Collaboration in the implementation of various Salesforce expansion projects in cooperation with an external service provider
• Consulting and support of internal users incl. creation of documentation and training material
• Communicating updates and changes to internal users

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

• A degree, e.g., in business administration, business informatics or comparable courses of study
• Strong digital affinity and enthusiasm for the digitalization and automation of processes
• Practical experience in the administration of the Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Salesforce certifications such as the Administrator certificate are an advantage  
• First experience in agile project work as well as with Jira and Confluence
• A structured, analytical and proactive way of working and a high level of commitment
• Very good English and German and enthusiasm for international teamwork
• You like to take on responsibility and feel at home in small teams
