Why This Role Matters

As Senior Global Content & Communications Specialist (m/f/d), you will create clear, compelling content for marketing and corporate communications across internal and external channels. You will help shape how KNF communicates with its customers, employees, partners, and other stakeholders, translating complex B2B technology and corporate topics into relevant stories that strengthen understanding, engagement, visibility, and brand awareness. 

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute B2B content marketing, communication, and omnichannel campaign strategies aligned with business objectives
• Plan, create, edit, and optimize content including text, visual and video content across all communication touchpoints such as website, intranet, social media and email
• Manage media relations activities, including press releases, media inquiries, and corporate communication materials
• Support internal and external communication initiatives, such as change communication and corporate messaging
• Translate complex business, product, and industry topics into clear, engaging, and impactful content tailored to different audiences and channels
• Manage content and communication projects from strategy and planning through execution, including coordination of internal stakeholders as well as external service providers, performance measurement, and optimization 

What You Bring

• 5+ years of content marketing experience, ideally in a B2B/mechanical engineering environment
• Hands-on experience planning, coordinating, executing, and measuring the success of omnichannel marketing and communication campaigns across the customer journey
• Copywriting and strong editorial skills with the ability to adapt content, tone, and messaging to different audiences and channels
• Good understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization for digital channels
• A good eye for selecting and creating visuals, images and videos with the ability to brief and collaborate with agencies
• Confidence in managing several content and communication projects and topics in parallel
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating internal stakeholders (including C-Level) and external partners
• Excellent written and spoken English and German skills (ideally at C2 level) and desire to work in an international team. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
