Overall Job Responsibilities

Process and verify invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies quickly
Prepare disbursements including checks, electronic transfers, ACH, and international payments with attention to detail
Record cash payments to GL
Assist with month-end closing and reporting by providing accurate documentation
Perform time and expense verification, coding and reporting
Collaborate across departments as needed
Skills and Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable is required with knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in knowledge and use of ERP systems especially SAP, as well as Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
