In addition to the many pump series, KNF offers extensive customization options for all liquid diaphragm pumps. In this way, customers receive customized liquid pumps that are truly tailored to their specific needs. Almost all aspects of the pumps can be customized, from hydraulic and electrical connections to various motor options and pump head, valve and diaphragm materials. KNF uses a modular design approach that allows for customization with proven and tested parts, making customization not only reliable, but also fast and economical. Liquid Diaphragm Pumps for Most Media

With their robust, gentle and clean operation, and the possibility of creating customized liquid pumps, the self-priming liquid diaphragm pumps can move almost any liquid. This includes abrasive media such as inks with pigment particles, or corrosive liquids such as strong acids or other highly reactive chemicals. KNF liquid pumps can also handle very sensitive media such as living cell samples or UV inks as well as both high and low viscosity fluids.

KNF Smooth Flow Technology

Many applications require low pulsation. Since KNF introduced its unique Smooth Flow Technology for liquid diaphragm pumps, pulsation is no longer an issue. Based on different technological approaches, all KNF Smooth Flow Pumps offer outstandingly low pulsation levels and are also available as customized liquid pumps, just like all other KNF diaphragm pump series.
