Marco Reolon is the new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of KNF Neuberger AG in Balterswil. He and his predecessor Rainer Grote look back together and share their visions for the future.
During his time at KNF, Rainer Grote has played a key role in the company's development. As CMO of KNF Neuberger AG in Balterswil, he and his dedicated team built up the market in western Switzerland and opened new business areas. His successor, Marco Reolon, will focus on short reaction times, sustainable growth and a balanced mix of online and offline communication.
Rainer Grote Shaped the Development of KNF Neuberger AG
Rainer Grote can look back on a ten-year career at KNF. He started in 2013 as Business Development Manager and four years later took over the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) position of KNF Neuberger AG in Balterswil. Under his management, the company successfully expanded the market in western Switzerland and strengthened its presence in the region. Particularly noteworthy is the expansion of the market for professional coffee machines. Other achievements include the entry into the shock wave therapy market and the successful launch of the FP product family. Rainer Grote is particularly proud of the close collaboration with his dedicated team that made these successes possible.
Short Response Times and Sustainable Growth: Marco Reolon’s Focus as CMO
Since May 2023, Marco Reolon is CMO of KNF Neuberger AG. He has been part of the KNF team since 2016 and started his career as a Sales Representative. Most recently, he worked as Sales Engineer & Key Account Manager. Succeeding him in this position is Kai Noske, who joined the team in February this year. In his role as CMO, Marco Reolon places particular emphasis on strategic corporate planning and is looking forward to working closely with his professional team and the entire KNF Group. He will focus on building and expanding a strong network with fast response times, and on strengthening the Balterswil location in the field of digital communication and continuously developing it in a customer-centered manner.

"I am delighted that we have found an excellent internal candidate in Marco as our new CMO," says Rainer Grote, who encourages him to focus on partnership-based customer relationships and team spirit, to remain inquisitive and to keep an eye on the latest technologies. Switzerland, he adds, is an important location for innovation, especially in the fields of medicine, analytics, and environmental and energy technology, with great potential in hydrogen and air monitoring.
Marco Reolon is open to new ideas and innovations and is committed to constantly evaluating current technologies and integrating them into day-to-day business wherever possible. "With my team, I'm fortunate to have long-standing professionals on board," he points out. For him, a successful strategy is a balanced mix of online and offline communication. In this way, customers can obtain information online, while KNF provides individual advice on site.
