Product Owner AI Solutions (m/f/d)

For our company at the Hamburg location, we are looking for an AI Product Owner (M/F/D) for a permanent position (full-time), with enthusiasm for digital transformation processes. With over 900 employees, the KNF Group is the global technology leader for diaphragm pumps and systems for pumping gases and liquids. As the KNF Digital Acceleration Center, we are responsible for implementing digital projects for the KNF Group worldwide. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Ownership: You take responsibility for AI products throughout their entire lifecycle – from use case identification to PoC and MVP development, all the way to scaling.
• Strategic Consulting & Enablement: You develop AI strategies, lead workshops, train teams, and sustainably anchor AI expertise within the organization.
• Technology & Architecture: You design modern AI architectures in collaboration with internal and external partners and provide AI solutions for business teams.
• Innovation & Prototyping: You experiment with new technologies, build prototypes, and bring best practices into the organization.
• Business Impact: You translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure measurable value – from efficiency gains to P&L impact.
• Governance & Responsibility: You ensure that our AI solutions operate in compliance with the GDPR and the EU AI Act. 

WHAT YOU BRING  

• A completed degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field of study.
• A strong digital affinity and enthusiasm for the digitalization and automation of processes.
• Practical experience in building and administering technical platforms.
• Initial experience in implementing customized AI solutions in a professional setting.
• Experience with agile project work as well as with Jira and Confluence.
• A structured, analytical, and forward-thinking work style combined with a high level of commitment.
• Excellent English and German skills, as well as enjoyment in working with international colleagues.
• You like taking ownership of your topics and feel at home working in small teams.
