New Sales Center in Eschbach underlines commitment to German market and customer focus
A significant milestone marks the next phase of KNF’s successful history. After careful consideration, KNF Vertriebs GmbH has been established in Eschbach, alongside KNF Neuberger GmbH in Freiburg Munzingen. This new location will serve as the direct point of contact for all German customers.
New Structure for Enhanced Quality
To ensure the highest quality in both products and services, KNF has developed a structure of Product Centers (PC) and Sales Centers (SC), which is now also being introduced in Germany. The PCs guarantee leading diaphragm pump technology with unparalleled manufacturing quality. The SCs focus on providing the best possible customer service with quick response times, in-depth application knowledge, and close local and cultural proximity to customers.
Seamless Transition in April 2025
This change takes effect in April 2025. The transition has been designed to be seamless, with current contacts remaining available. Additionally, KNF Vertriebs GmbH will act as the legal successor to KNF Neuberger GmbH for many customers, ensuring that the optimization will not require any contract changes for customers.
