Event & Tradeshow Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

For our location in Eschbach, Germany, we are looking for an Event & Tradeshow Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) in a permanent position (full-time). With over 900 employees worldwide, the KNF Group is the technology leader in diaphragm pumps and systems for conveying gases and liquids. In your role, you will coordinate all marketing activities related to trade shows and events worldwide, including marketing planning and support. You will work closely with our locations to ensure that events best support global and local marketing strategies and reach their target audiences. Your coordination and organizational skills will be key.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and managing online and offline marketing activities for national and international trade shows and events
• Close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers and partners
• Further development of trade show presences and materials, considering global and local marketing activities and the defined corporate identity and corporate design
• Coordination of international teams and preparation of presentations
• Analyzing and consolidating the trade show marketing needs and goals of our locations, as well as budget management and performance measurement
• Communicating and maintaining strong relationships with our locations, contributing to their satisfaction and engagement 

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, economics, event management or related field
• 1-2 years of trade show and event organization experience
• Strong ability to work in a team with a collaborative mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficient in Office 365 and marketing software and tools
• Strong English and German language skills and comfortable working in an international team
• Willingness to travel
