Global Communications & Content Specialist (m/f/d) (part-time/50%)

Why This Role Matters

As Senior Global Content & Communications Specialist (m/f/d), you will shape how KNF communicates across internal and external channels. You will develop clear narratives, messaging, and communication concepts and help translate complex B2B technology and organizational developments into content that creates understanding, builds trust, and strengthens KNF’s visibility and reputation among employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders. 

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement communication concepts and content strategies for global external and internal communications as well as in the context of global omnichannel marketing campaigns 

• Support and lead communication projects and marketing campaigns with clear storylines and key messages across different audiences and channels 

• Plan, create, edit, and optimize content including text, visual and video content across all communication touchpoints such as website, intranet, social media (LinkedIn) and email 

• Manage media relations activities, including press releases, media inquiries, and corporate communication materials 

• Support corporate and change communication initiatives by translating strategic developments into clear, engaging, and audience-specific messaging 

• Manage content and communication projects from strategy and planning through execution, including coordination of internal stakeholders as well as external service providers, performance measurement, and optimization 

• Advise, coordinate and train internal stakeholders, including senior management, on communication approaches, key messages, timing, and channel selection

What You Bring

• 5+ years of corporate communication and/or content marketing experience, ideally in a B2B/mechanical engineering environment 

• Strong ability to develop communication concepts, key messages, storylines, and content formats for different target groups and across different channels 

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and German (ideally at C2 level), with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging communication 

• Good understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization for digital channels 

• A good eye for selecting and editing images and videos with the ability to brief and collaborate with agencies 

• Structured project management skills and the ability to manage several communication topics and projects in parallel 

• Confidence in advising and coordinating internal stakeholders, including senior management and international teams 

• Experience working in an international team
