YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You design and optimize digital CRM and eCommerce processes within Salesforce Sales, Service, and B2B Commerce Cloud.
- You ensure the smooth operation of our Salesforce environment and take responsibility for administrative tasks.
- You analyze, prioritize and conceptualize new requirements and implement them in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- You manage the further development of our Salesforce and eCommerce solutions in an agile manner by steering and coordinating external service providers – structured, reliable, and at eye level.
- You proactively implement conceptualized changes and perform continuous testing and debugging.
- You provide user support, create training materials, communicate updates, and present project outcomes.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You hold a degree, e.g., in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field of study, and have at least 3 years of professional experience.
- You bring practical experience in administering Salesforce products (Sales, Service and B2B Commerce Cloud).
- You have experience in managing external service providers and enjoy acting as an interface between business and technology.
- You hold a Salesforce Administrator certification and maintain an active Trailhead profile; additional certifications are a plus.
- You have experience in agile project work and are familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro.
- You work in a structured, analytical and proactive manner and like to take responsibility for your topics.
- You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working with international colleagues.
- You are a team player who feels at home in small, dynamic teams.
