For our Hamburg location, we are seeking a Salesforce Specialist (M/F/D) as a full‑time parental leave replacement with enthusiasm for digital transformation processes.

With over 900 employees, the KNF Group is the global technology leader for diaphragm pumps and systems for pumping gases and liquids.

As the KNF Digital Acceleration Center, we are responsible for implementing digital projects for the KNF Group worldwide.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You design and optimize digital CRM and eCommerce processes within Salesforce Sales, Service, and B2B Commerce Cloud.
  • You ensure the smooth operation of our Salesforce environment and take responsibility for administrative tasks.
  • You analyze, prioritize and conceptualize new requirements and implement them in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • You manage the further development of our Salesforce and eCommerce solutions in an agile manner by steering and coordinating external service providers – structured, reliable, and at eye level.
  • You proactively implement conceptualized changes and perform continuous testing and debugging.
  • You provide user support, create training materials, communicate updates, and present project outcomes. 

WHAT YOU BRING  

  • You hold a degree, e.g., in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field of study, and have at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • You bring practical experience in administering Salesforce products (Sales, Service and B2B Commerce Cloud).
  • You have experience in managing external service providers and enjoy acting as an interface between business and technology.
  • You hold a Salesforce Administrator certification and maintain an active Trailhead profile; additional certifications are a plus.
  • You have experience in agile project work and are familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro.
  • You work in a structured, analytical and proactive manner and like to take responsibility for your topics.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working with international colleagues.
  • You are a team player who feels at home in small, dynamic teams.
