From November 4 to 7, 2024, experts will present their solutions, ideas and visions for a fossil-free future. More than 180,000 visitors and more than 2,200 exhibitors meet every year at the National Exhibition Centre in Abu Dhabi. KNF is represented in Hall 8, Stand 8835 with a range of pump solutions for hydrogen technology and environmental measurement technology. KNF Gas Pumps for Fuel Cell Technology
At this year's ADIPEC, KNF will present a selection of hydrogen pumps and pumps for gas analysis, emission measurement and industrial processes. One highlight is the N 938 gas pump series, which includes single and double-head versions with flow rates up to 53 l/min. In addition to various material options for the wetted pump components – pump head, diaphragm and valves – they can be customized for higher ambient and fluid temperatures up to +40 degrees Celsius.
The compact design of the N 938 gas pump makes it ideal for recirculating hydrogen in fuel cells or boosting natural gas pressure in reformers. In particular, the possibility of comprehensive parameterization predestines the pump for applications in which the efficiency of fuel cell systems and reformers is particularly important. With individually adjustable pump characteristics, economical operating profiles and optimum gas supply to the applications can be achieved.
Pump Technology for the Most Demanding OEM and Process Applications
KNF offers a range of explosion-proof diaphragm pumps for gases and liquids designed for use in a variety of extreme environments. Depending on the model, KNF explosion-proof gas pumps have a flow rate of up to 220 l/min, a maximum pressure of 9 bar (rel.) and a maximum vacuum of 25 mbar (abs.). They are optimized for optimum energy efficiency, a key feature for explosion-proof pumps. All pumps are reliable and operate oil-free, eliminating media contamination and additional maintenance. KNF explosion-proof pumps are suitable for use with aggressive and hazardous media often required in industrial processes such as hydrocarbon processing, solvent extraction and many other applications.
