Making the Core of Our Business Future-Ready

Sustainability is essential to our design and manufacturing processes and drives our approach to product innovation. While our modular product system already follows a sustainable approach, we are focused on designing solutions that are even more sustainable throughout their lifecycle and easier to repair and recycle. This includes using responsibly sourced materials, minimizing substances of concern, increasing efficiency, and enhancing reliability. We also collaborate with our customers to create products that support their sustainability goals. To achieve this, we prioritize transparency by gaining deeper insights into our supply chain and effectively communicating the benefits of our products.

Providing Efficient Solutions

Providing Efficient Solutions

The core of our business is to provide customers with customized pump solutions. Our extensive customization ensures that each product meets the exact specifications of the customer's application. As a result, our customers get a pump that perfectly fits the application but is not oversized, which is critical to optimizing the efficiency and minimizing the footprint of the customer's system.

Sustainable Technology

Sustainable Technology

By design, diaphragm pumps offer several sustainability advantages over other pump types. Their pump heads operate oil-free and therefore do not require or emit oil. They are also leak-tight, preventing media loss and emissions. In addition, we are constantly working to make them as energy efficient as possible, which is why KNF has developed special energy-efficient proprietary motors to achieve this goal.

Maximum Lifetime for Minimum Waste

One of the most important sustainability aspects of our products is that they are made to last. They require little or no maintenance and have an excellent service life. If necessary, they can be easily repaired and maintained using the spare parts kits we offer. Typically, however, our pumps run for tens of thousands of hours without maintenance. Several pumps have been proven to run for over 50,000 hours of continuous operation without failure under worst-case conditions.
