In the Team New Product Developments, we accompany a product from the original idea until serial production. We develop products together for the OEM and laboratory market as well as customer-specific solutions. At the same time, we work on our own development process and are constantly improving this. That’s where I can bring in my expertise and get creative with others. For me, that’s an exciting, highly varied and challenging task every day!

At KNF, I really value the friendly and professional cooperation that continues after work. I am taken seriously and valued as an employee across all departments. In 2018, I started here as a Product Development Engineer straight after university. Today, I’m the Team Leader of a Team of four people.

KNF is being challenged every day and carrying out a broad range of tasks.

In this role, I aim to drive the networking of ideas and perspectives across the whole company. In doing so, I always focus on the whole product: a product that is in line with the interests of all involved – those of the customer, their market requirements and also with our own, internal processes. That makes the job even more enjoyable for me and brings us forward, together!
