It all began in 1946 in Freiburg, and since then, KNF has been at home in the region of Breisgau in Germany. Community engagement, employee involvement and a welcoming company culture are the values at the heart of KNF.
On the 75th anniversary of the company, the Management Board thanked all employees who contribute to the continued success of KNF and ensure the company’s reputation as a world market leader for diaphragm gas pumps. Managing Director Günter Emig extended special thanks to 22 loyal employees, who together have 440 years of service at the company.
KNF congratulates them on their combined 440 years of service:
- 9 employees celebrating their 10th anniversary,
- 3 employees celebrating their 20th anniversary,
- 4 employees celebrating their 25th anniversary,
- 5 employees celebrating their 30th anniversary, plus:
- 1 employee celebrating an impressive 40 years at KNF Neuberger GmbH.
Year after year, KNF has succeeded in inspiring employees to long-standing collaboration. In addition to an engaging work environment and a range of benefits, the company uses modern management methods: for example, at the start of 2021, the opening of the new production area was used to transition to the one-piece flow method. Since then, employees have been working responsibly in teams to assemble the pumps at stations equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
