MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the new business and take care existed business in the designated area. 

  • Achieve the sales targets including sales revenue and profit growth. 

  • Fulfill other assigned concerning works. 

  • Review the customers with commercial situation on a regular basis and propose corrective solutions. 

  • Update customer and market information to the management. 

  • Ensure good communication within the organization and with other business units. 

  • Provide sales reports accurate and on time delivered to the regional sales manager. 

  • Ad-Hoc tasks signed by supervisors.

SPECIFIC PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OR COMPETENCIES

  • Electrical and mechanical majority is preferred;  
  • Good communication skill and manner;  
  • CET4 or above;  
  • Good written and verbal communication skill in English;  
  • Office software;  
  • Fluid mechanic major will be a plus  
  • Willingness to make business travel;  
  • Able to work under pressure;  
  • Willing to learn and share;  
  • Good team spirit

WORK EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATION

  • With 1 years industrial products sales experience, and technical education background;  
  • Knowledge of the application of vacuum, fluid, medical, inkjet, process etc. will be plus;  
  • OEM sales experience in tubes, connectors, valves, needles, sheath-flow cuvette will be a plus.  
  • Bachelor or Master degree with scientific or engineering major from key university (985/211);  
  • Must be trustworthy and with high level of responsibility
